THE SHEIKH HAS LEGS
I came across a French version of THE SHEIK WHO LOVED ME- - a July 2008 release with Marie Ferrarella. Of all my SRS, my 2005 ‘desert romance’ has appeared in the most foreign markets …. from Iceland to Argentina, Spain, Germany, France, the UK, Australia and Japan, along with a hardcover large print Spanish edition. There’s something about those Sheikhs that likes to travel ….

SOMETIMES …
A POV change is needed … and voila — there the road lies.
I was stuck with something in my plot. My hero just wanted to be somebody other than who I was telling him to be. So I let him get above it all, in a bush plane … and whammo … that was it! Turns out he needed to fly. He needed to see things from above. And he’d been trying to tell me all along.

HOME RUN …
Almost home with my current deadline. DH is almost boarding his plane back from South Africa.
And I ran almost an hour … hot, but good. In the woods. Hey, I almost feeling like doing the dishes — but not quite.

MY NEW BEST FRENEMY
Do you know how difficult it is to shoot a squirrel? Not one single part of his body seems to still for a nanosecond. He can’t decide whether he’s my friend or my enemy, either … especially when I’m holding the seed bag.
I think I feel about as edgy as he looks when waiting to hear on a manuscript
